Lifestyle Communities was incorporated in 1976 as a residential land development and investment company. We have successfully developed over 60 residential communities and over 5,000 lots throughout North Atlanta. From conceptual planning to construction management, Lifestyle has expertise to develop distinctive communities, which respect the land and the environment.

We are Builders:
As market trends have evolved over the past decade, our specialty has become the construction of residential condominiums and townhomes on close-in properties. All of our homes reflect Lifestyle's commitment to quality and value. Our condominium homes begin in the low $100's, our townhomes begin in the low 200's and our single-family homes are priced from the 500's to the $700's.

We are Investors:
Lifestyle Investment Fund, Inc. is an investment arm of Lifestyle, which pursues exceptional investment properties in North Atlanta. We will consider any type of land that presents a good long-term investment opportunity.

We are Capital Venture Partners:
We have available venture capital for investments in new residential, commercial, and industrial development opportunities.
